Dr. Patty Castelli has over 30 years’ experience in leadership, leadership development, management, strategy, organization behavior, organization development and change, human resource management, and management of multinational and multicultural organizations. Dr. Castelli was awarded the 2014 Henry and Barbara Horldt Faculty Award for Excellence in Teaching at Lawrence Technological University and has been with the University’s College of Business and Information Technology since 1995.
